Founder/Director
Christina Haroldson
Christina was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona where she was homeschooled from preschool through high school.
Her years of singing began at age 10 with the Phoenix Girls Chorus, a choir she was part of for nine years and with whom she had the privilege of traveling and performing all over the world!
Between the completion of her Bachelors and Masters, Voice Performance degrees, Christina took part in the 'Schumann Liederfest' in Germany where she performed as a soloist, as well as the 'OperaWorks' program in L.A.
After moving to New Mexico, Christina founded her own private music studio, as well as the Sandia Homeschool Choir.
In addition to teaching, Ms. Haroldson performs with 'Polyphony: Voices of New Mexico,' a professional vocal ensemble, and is a wife and stay-at-home mom.

Pianist
Fides May Le Roy
May earned a Bachelor of Arts in music education from Pepperdine University and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Concordia University.
After 40 years of teaching, she retired in 2024 from her position as the Director of Choral Activities at Cathedral City High School and Nellie Coffman Middle School in the Palm Springs Unified School District in Palm Springs, California, where she held a 14-year tenure. Choirs under her direction have garnered Superior and Excellent ratings at local and national choral festivals.
Today, May works as a freelance professional collaborative pianist for Rio Rancho Public Schools, Sandia Homeschool Choir, Rio Rancho Youth Choir. She also teaches piano and voice at her private studio in Rio Rancho Northwest. She maintains her professional affiliation with the American Choral Directors Association, the New Mexico Music Educators Association and the Music Teachers National Association.
